Let's face it, everything is easier with the right equipment and tools. I'm sharing the ones I rely on and couldn't get through the day without!

For Investing and Trading

I'm asked often which tools I use for investing/trading. While I've got a long list of websites that are helpful sometimes, these are my go-to's every day.

Simply Wall St is for individual investors seeking data-driven analysis and research.
In-depth stock analysis and research, visual infographics, portfolio tracking, personalized recommendations, integration with online brokers and alerts. Several membership types including a free plan, though, the unlimited plan is well-worth the small cost, in my opinion.

My broker's platform has powerful charting tools, but Trading View is my indispensable companion. In a nutshell, TV is easy to use for new traders who are learning about different indicators, trading strategies, and developing their own unique style. It's also exceptionally powerful for traders with lots of experience TV will connect to many brokers, including TD, TradeStation and IBKR so you can trade right in the platform!

In My Office

My husband says I'm addicted to stationery and truth be told, he's right! These are my hands-down, can't live without 'em tools that are the peanut butter to my tech's jelly and play a big part in my Personal Best System© that I teach as part of my Rise+Prosper©️ program.

It's the perfect size, comes in fabulous colors and has dot-grid, acid-free pages that don't bleed. Includes 2 page markers and an elastic closure band. 251 numbered pages with 8 perforated detachable sheets, a blank table of contents for easy organization and notes, also includes stickers for labeling and archiving.

I refuse to use a ballpoint 🙄. Once you try these fine point Sharpie pens you'll agree. They dry almost instantly, don't smudge or bleed and are high quality. I prefer black ink but they come in colors as well.

My youngest daughter turned me on to these highlighters. They are dual-tipped; one end is chisel-tip and one is fine bullet point. The water-resistant, translucent ink doesn't bleed or "ghost" on all but the thinnest paper.

Parenting Teens

college planning guide for parents and teens

Post-high school planning can be a long, tiring process that leaves you wondering if you’re doing it right. The best post-high school planning is more than choosing a major of study and a school. My guide goes beyond grades and test scores to guide you through all the steps to take before you ever think about visiting a college campus.

Will you be able to help your 18+ year old in case of emergency?

A young adult power of attorney is an essential legal document that all young people need when they reach 18 years of age because once a child turns 18, parents no longer have the authority to make medical or financial decisions for their children, including if they are attending college either close to home or out of state!
